Ketjen, a global chemical company with leading market positions in catalysts, lithium and bromine products, has rehoused a number of its research groups in Amsterdam to meet current standards.

The rehousing, commissioned by Ketjen Amsterdam, involved the existing (petro)chemical labs and XRAY labs. These have been adapted to modern requirements and standards in order to function optimally in various sectors such as energy, communication, transport and electronics.

L3Q was responsible for this rehousing, with the labs being equipped with centralised and decentralised vacuum facilities and various gases.

The project was completed in December 2023, with Vinitex as the VLI supplier. Thanks to these adaptations, Ketjen’s research groups can continue their innovative work in a state-of-the-art environment, which contributes to progress in their various application areas.
